I led Pearson’s UX process, and liaised with the IBM UX team during our co-venture with IBM Watson, which explored the integration of AI and machine learning in Revel, Pearson’s flagship learning platform. I traveled to IBM's design headquarters in Austin, TX to pursue on-site research and development activities. It was a pivotal experience for me, and spurred a lasting interest in AI, machine learning and dialog/voice interaction design.
